Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Across Schools in Reading

Salary: £90 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a flexible and rewarding role? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated HLTAs to work across a variety of schools in Reading.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in multiple school settings while benefiting from the flexibility of agency work.

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across different year groups
• Leading small group interventions and whole-class sessions where required
• Working with students with a range of abilities, including those with SEN
• Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Adapting to different school environments and building positive relationships with staff and students

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience working in primary or secondary schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Adaptability and confidence to work in different school settings
• A passion for education and supporting student development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
