  • Undertaking specialist medical training (e.g. gastrostomy, epilepsy care - full training provided).

  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all pupils.

What We're Looking For:
You are someone who:

  • Enjoys working with children and young people with additional needs.

  • Can follow instructions while also using initiative.

  • Is a strong team player and an excellent communicator.

  • Is open to learning new skills and undertaking medical or care training.

  • Can manage the physical demands of a hands-on role.

Essential Requirements:

  • NVQ/Diploma Level 2 (or equivalent) in education, health, or care.

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or Level 2 Functional Skills).

  • Experience working with children.

Desirable:

  • NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or higher.

  • Experience in a school or care setting supporting individuals with complex needs.

  • Knowledge of communication approaches such as Makaton, PECS, or Total Communication.

What We Offer:

  • A warm and inclusive working environment.
