What You'll Be Doing

As a trainee teacher, you'll become part of everyday school life, gradually building your responsibilities. You will:

• Support pupils in lessons and small group interventions
• Work alongside experienced teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Develop behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
• Track pupil progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs
