Graduate Teacher Training Expiring soon

Are you a graduate with a passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference in education? We’re offering a fully funded teacher training programme in Bournemouth, designed to give you hands-on experience and professional training, leading to a PGCE qualification, all while earning a salary.

• Position: Graduate Teacher Training Programme
• Location: Bournemouth
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 per annum
• Funding: Fully funded, salaried route
• Duration: 2 years

In the first year, you’ll gain classroom experience as a Cover Supervisor. In the second year, you’ll progress to Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and work towards your PGCE, all while staying in the same school or trust.

• Year 1:
  • Work full-time as a Cover Supervisor, assisting teachers, supporting students, and leading classroom activities.
  • Develop skills in classroom management, student engagement, and teaching strategies.
• Year 2:
  • Begin your ITT, continuing to work in the same school or trust.
  • Receive ongoing mentorship and support while working towards your PGCE qualification.

We’re seeking enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about education and eager to inspire the next generation.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in any subject (preferably 2:1 or higher)
• GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
