We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of MFL (French) to join our GOOD school, who can help us to make the rapid improvements we have planned for the next three years. The successful candidate will demonstrate a love of the learning process and a desire to make a real difference to the lives of the young people.
Your well-being and professional development, to enhance your career, is a priority for us. We offer a mentoring programme, annual career stage interviews, bespoke CPD training, supportive action research projects, staff rewards and support for family events.
The successful candidate will be joining our family at an exciting time. We believe that every student is entitled to an outstanding education where they have excellent opportunities to achieve beyond their potential. We have a traditional ethos underpinning our School and strive to develop the aspirations and values of every student and member of staff. We require a Teacher to start in January 2021, however, an earlier start would be strongly considered for a candidate available sooner.
We would like you:
• To be at least a 'good' practitioner, who is ambitious to improve with our support
• To have high expectations of yourself, your staff, and our students
• To be committed to improving the life chances of young people
This role would be well suited to both NQTs and Experienced members of staff. Due to school growth we are able to offer development and progression opportunities at all levels.
