Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages Teachers specialising in French and Spanish to support secondary schools across South Shields from September 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Encouraging students to develop a love for languages and cultural learning
- Adapting lessons to support students of varying abilities and learning needs
- Creating a supportive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Monitoring student progress and encouraging academic achievement
- Building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching French and Spanish within a secondary school setting
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
- Be passionate about language learning and student development
- Bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to lessons
- Be flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high educational standards
