Temporary | Part Time
Part time maternity contract from September 2020 until April 2021 in an Outstanding school in Fleet teaching French and German, suitable for qualified or experienced teachers.
Teaching Personnel are working alongside our client school who are an outstanding school in Fleet, to provide a high quality temporary member of staff to join their MFL department teaching marking planning and preparing lessons in both French and German.
This role is suitable for an NQT, and you will be fully supported allowing you to complete a portion of your NQT year if relevant alongside a dedicated qualified mentor with a personally built and tailored plan for you.
This role is within a very experienced and consistently high achieving MFL department, with a head of department who has been at the school for more than 5 years, and has been leading the department for the last 4. This role is an excellent opportunity to improve best practice within teaching and will be an ideal role for those looking to improve their pedagogy.
The school itself is Ofsted Outstanding, and have been for multiple years, with a strong and reliable team of SLT and a clear path to future success. The school have been improving their grades within modern foreign languages steadily throughout the past 5 years, and have handled the changes to the grading system very well improving their grades this year.
