A welcoming and well-resourced secondary school in Radlett is seeking a Food & Nutrition Teacher who can bring creativity, structure, and enthusiasm into the classroom and kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to help students develop essential life skills while building confidence in both practical and theoretical learning.

You'll support students across the secondary age range by:

• Teaching Food & Nutrition in both practical and classroom-based lessons

• Encouraging safe, organised, and enjoyable cooking sessions

• Developing students' understanding of nutrition, health, and food preparation

• Promoting independence, teamwork, and creativity

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum requirements

• Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

• Maintain high standards of safety and behaviour in food rooms

• Work collaboratively on creative projects and enrichment activities

• Contribute to clubs, events, or themed food and nutrition initiatives

• QTS or equivalent

• Experience teaching Food & Nutrition at secondary level

• Confident classroom and practical lesson management
