This role is a bit different from a standard education job.
We're looking to build a strong pool of reliable educators and support staff who are open to flexible, day-to-day SEND and SEMH work across East Sussex.
Some weeks can be busy. Some quieter. The people who tend to enjoy this type of work are those who value flexibility, variety and meaningful classroom experience over rigid routine.
Opportunities may include:

A child-only enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required.
If you do not currently hold one, you will need to apply for one through us. Support is provided throughout the process, though the cost is covered by the applicant.
If you're looking for flexible SEND or SEMH work and like the idea of no two weeks looking exactly the same, apply today and we can get you set up for opportunities as they come in.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ's on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this rol
