An opportunity to work within the English department of a large secondary school - supporting pupils across various levels of learning ability.
The incoming English teacher will be teaching a full time table across Key Stage 3 and GCSE and will also be expected to take on full planning and marking responsibilities.
You will also be expected to prepare and deliver lessons to children at varying levels of learning ability including those with minor learning difficulties such as dyslexia.
The school has around 900 pupils on roll and is based in Salford. It is easily accessible via the A580/M62 from surrounding areas such as Bolton, Worsley and central Manchester. The school can also be accessed via public transport from neighbouring areas.
