Education Support Workers required for independent residential college in Cranborne.

This college caters for students between the ages of 16-25 with Autism (ASC) along with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). They are looking for enthusiastic education support workers to join them on a flexible basis.

Their multidisciplinary approach truly places students at the centre of everything they do. They have highly skilled and specialist teaching, support and therapeutic teams who work with each young person to ensure their needs are fully met and that every achievement takes them closer to reaching their individual goals.

They ensure that all students are fully prepared for adult life, through person-centred academic and vocational study programmes leading to independent living with employment or further study. By working together, they increase resilience, confidence, self-esteem, emotional intelligence and well-being: the corner stones on which strong and successful long-term futures are built.

The college facilities include:

  • Well-equipped classrooms
  • Vocational areas including a digital studio, science lab, horticulture learning areas with large glasshouses, motor vehicle workshops, animal care unit, art & design base
