As an EYFS teacher at this primary school, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early education, ensuring a smooth transition for young learners as they begin their educational journey. You'll have the opportunity to create a dynamic and inspiring learning environment, where every child's individual needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Work closely with parents and colleagues to support the development and well-being of all pupils.
Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring that learning is tailored to their developmental needs.
Provide a safe, stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
Previous EYFS experience is preferred but not essential.
