As part of Supply Desk, you will have free access to our enhanced CPD academy, designed to support your professional growth as an ECT. Our training includes a strong emphasis on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping you to:

• Build confidence supporting pupils with additional needs
• Develop strategies for inclusive teaching and behaviour management
• Gain insight into ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and other SEND needs
• Strengthen your teaching practice and employability

This specialist SEND-focused CPD is ideal for ECTs looking to broaden their skillset and become confident, adaptable teachers across a range of settings.
