• Deliver high-quality, engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 teaching opportunities possible.

• Develop and implement an innovative, inclusive Drama curriculum that fosters creativity, confidence, and resilience.

• Lead school productions, drama clubs, and extracurricular activities to enrich student experience and showcase talent.

• Create a supportive, stimulating learning environment where every student can explore and develop their dramatic skills.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the arts department to promote excellence and share best practice.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.

• A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a closely related subject.

• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.

• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
