A forward-thinking secondary school in Bricket Wood is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Dance Teacher to lead inspiring lessons and help students develop their performance, technique, and confidence. This is a fantastic opportunity to encourage artistic expression while supporting wellbeing and academic progress.

You’ll work with students across the secondary years to:

• Teach Dance through practical, engaging lessons

• Encourage confidence, creativity, and teamwork

• Develop performance skills and support academic progress

• Promote safe, positive behaviour in lessons and rehearsals

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality dance lessons

• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

• Contribute to school performances, showcases, and extracurricular clubs

• QTS or equivalent

• Secondary Dance teaching experience

• Confident classroom and behaviour management
