What You Will Do as a Cover Supervisor

• Deliver pre‑prepared lessons to students in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage behaviour confidently and maintain a productive learning atmosphere
• Support pupils with their work and encourage participation
• Supervise a variety of subjects across KS3 and KS4
• Ensure continuity of learning in line with the school's expectations
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement

You do not need teaching qualifications - full support and mentoring are provided.
