Schools in Aylesbury are seeking confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors to support students across Key Stages 3–5. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young people and is looking to gain valuable experience in education. Whether you have previous school-based experience or are just getting started, this is an exciting opportunity to step into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise classes across a range of subjects when teachers are absent
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and keep students on task
Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment
Support pupils with learning and respond to questions where needed
Manage behaviour in line with school policies

What We’re Looking For
Experience in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
QTS or relevant classroom experience is an advantage
Strong communication and confident behaviour management skills
Flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Ability to provide at least two years of references
