Classroom Support Assistant

Location: East Grinstead & surrounding areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Start Dates
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re seeking friendly, reliable Classroom Support Assistants to join our team in East Grinstead and nearby schools. Whether you prefer full-time stability or flexible, day‑to‑day placements, we’ll place you in environments where your support truly makes a difference.

• Supporting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
• Providing one-to-one or small‑group support to pupils
• Helping create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Assisting pupils with additional needs and adapting support where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
• Working closely with teachers and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing

• Experience working with children (any age group welcome)
• A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
• Confidence working with pupils of varying needs and abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
