Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Start Dates
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We are seeking friendly, reliable Classroom Support Assistants to work across Crawley and nearby areas. Whether you’d like a consistent role or flexible day‑to‑day work, we’ll help you find a position where your support truly matters.

• Supporting teachers with lessons, activities, and classroom organisation
• Helping pupils individually or in small groups
• Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Supporting children with additional or special educational needs
• Encouraging engagement, focus, and positive behaviour
• Working closely with teachers and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing

• Experience working with children or young people
• A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
• Confidence assisting pupils with a range of needs and abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
