Location: Crawley & surrounding areas
Contract: Full‑Time / Part‑Time — flexible start dates
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (08:30 – 15:30)

• Supporting teachers with lessons, activities, and classroom routines
• Helping pupils one‑to‑one or in small groups
• Creating a calm, inclusive and encouraging learning environment
• Assisting pupils with additional needs and adapting to different learning styles
• Promoting positive behaviour and active participation
• Working collaboratively with teachers and staff to support pupil progress

• Experience working with children (any age group welcomed)
• A patient, supportive, and flexible approach
• Confidence working with pupils who have a range of needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
