Classroom Assistant Expiring soon

We are seeking a proactive and resilient Classroom Assistant to join a welcoming and well-organised learning environment in Bournemouth.

This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting students aged 12 to 16.

Working hours are typically 8.30am to 4pm, with some weekday end times varying.

• Apply strong behaviour management strategies consistently

• Work closely with teaching and support staff

• Minimum 6 months of childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN needs

• Confident, calm and resilient approach to behaviour management

• Ability to commit to full-time hours

• Understanding of safeguarding and pupil welfare

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.75 per hour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
