We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, PD, PMLD and SLD.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start, working across primary and secondary age groups (5-18 years).

Working hours: 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Supporting pupils with a range of complex SEN needs

  • Assisting with learning activities on a 1:1 and small group basis

  • Promoting independence, confidence and engagement

  • Working closely with teachers and specialist staff

  • Helping to create a safe, positive and structured learning environment


  • Minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN needs

  • A patient, caring and resilient approach

  • Ability to work across primary and secondary settings

  • Commitment to full-time work
