About the school:
This secondary school welcomes young people age 11-16 with SEN. They can also support co-existing conditions of Autism such as learning difficulties and complex needs. Drawing on their proven expertise in 24 hour care, they focus on the development of personal, social, communication and living skills.
About the role:
To primarily work guidance, support and encouragement to young people in a variet of settings including classroom, education and enrichment. The job involves enabling the young people to develop by providing physical and emotional support. The role is about working as part of a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment that puts health, safety and welfare of the young people first.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
