Teaching Personnel are working alongside a Secondary School in Bolton aiding them in recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team for the new academic year.

If you have experience working with students who display behavioural difficulties and are looking for a new challenge, please consider applying for this role.

  • Part-time Behaviour Support Assistant role available from October half-term until the end of the academic year, with the hopes of this being extended.
  • Support students who display challenging behaviour and therefore, require additional guidance academically.
  • Work alongside the classroom teacher to make sure all students receive the correct support.
  • Support students in small groups and occasionally on a 1:1 basis when withdrawn from lessons.
  • Earn up to £350 per week, depending on previous experience.

Our client school have highlighted they would prefer candidates who have experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour or acquire skills within a similar role as this will be highly transferrable working as a Behaviour Support Assistant.

Our client school is based in Bolton and is easily accessible via the A58 and M61 from surrounding areas such as Bury and Salford. For candidates who do not drive there are public transportation links that the school can be accessed by from the surrounding areas such as Worsley, Bury and Farnworth.
