Location: Hounslow, West London.

Duration: September start, Fulltime position. Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:00pm till July 2020 and permanent contract offer opportunities available.
Pay: £65 – 75 per day (paid on a weekly basis)

Children with mental health needs thrive from having exceptional hard working staff with an in-depth and open understanding of mental health support. We are currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors to work full-time in a year 4class in a primary school based in Hounslow. Behaviour Mentors will work 1:1 and in small groups delivering behaviour and education support programmes.

There are two full-time roles available starting in September and the hours are 8:30-4:00pm Monday to Fridays with permanent opportunities available for those who would like to continue in the school.
What is on offer?
Essential criteria: Youth work or school behaviour mentoring background or experience working with children/young people with mental health, special needs or in education
Desirable criteria: Mental health awareness training, Special Needs experience, Team Teach or positive handling training, MIDAS trained to drive school minibus
