We are looking for an experienced and reliable Behaviour Manager to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in ensuring the continuity of education for students by helping to keep a respectful school environment.
The Role
As Behaviour Manager, you will take a lead on promoting high standards of behaviour across the school. You will work closely with teaching staff, senior leaders, and families to support students in making positive choices, manage challenging behaviours, and reduce barriers to learning. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
