• Teach Art across the secondary curriculum, tailoring lessons to meet individual student needs.
• Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity and participation.
• Build trust and strong relationships with students to help them overcome challenges to learning.
• Use effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the school team to support students' holistic development.

• Experience working in SEMH or similar specialist education settings.
• Strong behavior management skills with the ability to create a calm and inclusive environment.
• A passion for teaching Art and engaging students through creative activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
