Supply Desk, in partnership with local schools in Rickmansworth, is seeking passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. If you are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN), this is a fantastic opportunity to do so within supportive local schools.

  • Previous experience in a school-based support role (desirable but not essential)

  • Understanding of SEN strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning needs

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive, meaningful relationships with students and staff

  • Flexibility to adapt across different school settings and SEND environments in Rickmansworth
