Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking an exciting opportunity in a supportive and friendly school? We are looking for a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant with proven school-based experience to join our committed team in East Grinstead from January 2025.

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in their learning across the curriculum, ensuring they remain engaged and make progress.
• Work closely with the class teacher to create a positive, stimulating classroom environment.
• Provide targeted support for individual pupils or small groups, including those with additional needs.
• Assist with preparing resources, setting up activities, and maintaining a well-organized learning space.
• Help foster a culture of enthusiasm, resilience, and positive behavior.

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has school-based experience, ideally in KS2 (Key Stage 2).
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working well with children, staff, and parents.
• Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Is passionate about supporting children’s learning and well-being.
• Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Holds relevant qualifications or training in education (preferred but not essential).
