Do you have a passion for sports and love working with children?

We are collaborating with several Primary Schools in South Bristol that are part of a large, supportive Academy Trust. These schools are seeking enthusiastic Sports Coaches to deliver engaging PE lessons on a flexible basis.

Known for their welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community, these schools prioritise student development and offer an excellent environment for you to grow and enhance your skills while working alongside experienced educators.

If you have a background in sports and experience working with children, this role is a perfect fit for you.

You will be delivering pre-planned PE lessons to pupils from EYFS to Year 6, ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate and enjoy Physical Education. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to make lessons fun and engaging.

  • Collaborate with class teachers to support students' physical development.
  • Deliver high-energy and enjoyable PE sessions across all primary age groups.
  • Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of learners and address any misconceptions.
  • Leverage your prior experience working with children to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • You have a background in sports and enjoy sharing your passion with others.
  • You have experience working with children, ideally in an educational or coaching setting.
  • Your enthusiasm and positivity inspire children to participate and excel in physical education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
