Key Responsibilities:

As the Head of English, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Providing strategic leadership to the English department, shaping the curriculum, and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of dedicated English teachers to achieve exceptional results at KS3&4.
  • Developing and implementing effective teaching and learning strategies, ensuring student engagement and achievement.

Remuneration:

  • Salary: L2-L6 (Inner London, £57,288-£62,304)
