About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons across KS3 to KS5, taking full ownership of planning, assessment, and classroom management. The school values creativity, collaboration, and a strong commitment to student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistency across the department
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English up to KS5
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A passion for inspiring young minds
• Commitment to professional development
• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
